Growing company; opportunity for advancement internally exists. No micro management; just do your job well and everyone is happy. Very open communication; CEO is as accessible as a co-worker. Great parties, free exercise programs, and healthy snacks readily available in kitchen. You will work hard, but you will reap the benefits as well. Work/life balance is fair; never an issue if a day off is needed and family comes first. Again, you work hard and you will be recognized for it.
Cons
As a growing company, processes are constantly changing and, at times, that can be frustrating. But again, that is expected with a growing company still figuring out the best way to handle situations. You will wear many hats. If you aren't someone who can multi-task or flex well, you won't like it at 5.11.
