      Pros

      they definitely care about employees on the day to day needs. Very understanding about sick days and personal needs, they provide covid sick pay when out ill, and have been cooperative with personal needs.

      Cons

      The pay is somewhat low, from assistant manager to service specialist. My store manager makes good money, but not six figures.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
