      Pros

      The product is outstanding. Quality and durability.

      Cons

      The management and HR Department. 100 emails about lunch and special "functions" and zero knowledge about benefits, salary, wage laws. Never have answers or answers are wrong. Payroll issues since last payroll manager "left". Seriously incompetent management. Short term thought process and treat the company like personal petty cash. Don't know how they pass audits.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
