      Work is not to complicated, good team atmosphere for most part, good employee discount

      Paid Holiday and vacation time is lacking, promotions and supervisors can be based on preferences vs. qualifications (show/have favorites)

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
