      Pros

      Pretty great discount at 60%.

      Cons

      Everything else. Insane nepotism. Promotions for under qualified/outside hires, even though more than qualified people are already on the staff. Quarterly Bonuses for full time employees balance out to only about $50/month. Hourly is garbage. Not competitive at all. HR is a NIGHTMARE. (Third party company based out of California.)

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
