      Great product and fun team to work with. Terrible leadership kills company.

      Cons

      Bad leadership. They do not know what direction they want to head in to. They let Operations judge accounting. Never wise. Leaders should understand each team is there for a reason. Let Financial leaders judge accounting performance not others.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
