      Pros

      Great leadership in stores and in the HQ offices. Have been promoted several times at my store location. Lots of opportunity for projects and to work in different markets as needed. Always receive prompt communication follow up and support from DM's, Operations and HR team. Not sure what other posts are referring to, maybe upset for violating policy and underperforming.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
