Okay - Sales Associate/Key Holder 5.11 Employee Review

Poorly run and low pay compared to similar jobs with little ability to move up in the company. Corporate requires the enforcement of rules on their customers by staff. They will then make you out to be the bad person by telling the customer they would never have that policy and giving the customer discounts and other things to appease them when called. Staff are then scolded for the interaction and told they need to uphold those rules better next time. Some of the customer base feels they are entitles to massive discounts and free stuff and will threaten to call corporate each time knowing they will get their way.
