      Pros

      You get serval pieces of clothing when you first start. And then great discount, these were the only perks.

      Cons

      Horrible management. They don’t properly train their stafff. And then they get mad and talk to you as if you are stupid if you don’t do something “right”.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
