      Okay discount on apparel The area around the store is safe

      Management only cares about themselves They will drag you down to watch themselves rise Management and assistant management will seem nice to your face but will stab you in the back the first chance they get.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
