Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you felt supported by your team - that kind of connection is something we work hard to build throughout our teams.
We’re sorry your onboarding didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. Helping new team members get up to speed and feel confident in their role is super important to us, and it sounds like we missed the mark here. We’re taking a closer look at how we train and support new hires so this experience can be better moving forward.
We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you all the best in what’s next!
Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.
Cons
The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
