      Pros

      The people at the top have seen issues and rectified them quickly. The company is actively working to get even better with the direction it's heading. I'm so happy I got on board when I did. I have a great and supportive DM and I can even speak with my RM and above and im treated like im bothering them. They are just there to help.

      Cons

      Of course there are "cons" but they are minimal. Small things on the store front side can be frustrating sometimes but we are working to just get better every day. More importantly our VP sees them as well and is actively working to fix them.

      Thank you for this. It’s encouraging to hear that the changes being made are showing up in a meaningful way. There’s still work to do, but leadership has been more intentional about listening and moving things forward. It’s the kind of feedback that helps keep the momentum going.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
