Good culture and good training for new agents. Senior agents help out and they do fun outings and celebrate success.

Real estate is tough, you really have to grind and to just try and do it part time can be even tougher.

The agents are fantastic, hardworking, and extremely helpful.

Everything having to do with management is a mess. Extremely disorganized, full of nepotism (with lack of qualifications), and horrible pay. Staff were fired for no reason, almost 1-3 every month. Management would do everything to cover up the reasoning behind why they fired staff, they even went as far as lying to the entire brokerage as to why certain staff were let go. I left on my own accord due to a massive cut in pay and increased lack of direction. They have placed so much of their time into catering to Zillow, that they have severely ignored other/natural lead sources. Management would consistently lie and fabricate statistics in order to achieve zillow leads for new counties despite the lack of staff. The agents are severely under appreciated and not heard when it comes to concerns. This may have started as a family business but has grown so far from it. So many wonderful agents and staff have chosen to leave due to the management issues.
