Horrible management - brewista 7 Brew Coffee Employee Review

Way too many and most of it had to do with management. Just like many of the other reviews there’s issues of management overlooking safety and ignoring the workers personal life/looking down at the employees. While working regular temps would be in the high 90s and feel like the 100s and there would be so many shifts that i would spend the whole time outside... despite them needing to switch our positions to avoid having people stay outside longer than others. A lot of unprofessional attitudes from higher ups, that made coming in so much more of a burden.
