Pros
The job itself is super fun, and the training provided is effective. It's fun to chat with customers, and I loved how we had different drink specials every month.
Cons
It's basically all cisgender, heterosexual, white people there lol. Most of the minorities who were originally hired ended up quitting because it's an unsafe work environment for anyone who's not white and Christian, basically.
