Pros
I’ve met some of my favorite people here and the customers are always a joy!! You get free drinks on shift and a discount off shift, scheduling is flexible and there are always opportunities to pick up more shifts, and training is pretty thorough. They supply snacks, deodorant, sunscreen, and feminine products for you.
Cons
You have to pass a test to be eligible for tips. They pay trainers with your tips, and if you don’t pass the 80 question test (yes, 80 questions.) they fire you. They don’t offer you breaks, and when you ask for a break they give you a hard time about it. Team leads, while some are nice, are pretty rude and impatient. Always understaffed even though they have an ample amount of people to schedule. If you’re about to get off shift and nobody is at your position to tap you off, they make you stay until then.
