Cons
Rude customers, too many tills (one for store, one for gas, one for lotto ect) Upper managment unreasonable and rude. Do not know how many hours of staffing it takes to keep a busy store looking to their standards and staff are run off their feet. It's a revolving door of new people with few surviving the one month mark because of the chaos so training is constant and frustrating to everyone involved Very particular about tills, one void or cancellation will result in a write-up and a lecture. Most often it is because a customer changed their mind or did not have enough money for a product, or something scanned twice, but upper management automatically assumes theft.
