Pros
Co-workers are nice and willing to help out if they can find the time, company has a lot of growth potential, and HQ is located in a great city, decent pay.
Cons
No organization or routines, everything is a fire drill, crazy amount of meetings, most of which do not apply to you but you need to show up just incase someone gets asked a question by the executives and doesn't know the answer (common). Most of my co-workers or new hires say the company was the worst career move of their life, I tend to agree. Turn over is high and people get fired on a whim. Internal tools are extremely out dated and nothing works right, which is made worse by the fast growth. Only a few long term employees know how to work the systems so if they are not around or busy things dont get done quickly and there is no time for new people to really learn how to work these outdated systems.Operations are horrible so nothing really gets done besides a bunch of finger pointing. Additionally, expectations are not in line with realities and when you cant move mountains to make the impossible happen you are on the fast track out the door. I use to read these things and think it was just bitter fired employees saying these things, but speaking as a current employee who is pretty much trapped in this horrible company, dont come here for work or you will be the next to think this was the worst career move of your life.
