Working for the corprate store.the carrier opportunities you offer and how you give opportunities for growth and the training is amazing .thank you .some might say oh you wrk for 7-ELEVEN? Like its a dead end . That is not the case.you can be a sales associate , all the way up to management .They give you the tools and the training to go and do any thing . Thank you .
Cons
Working for a franchise is a whole different world . In my experience .. my opportunities stopped , positiveity stopped . I'm sad to say the franchisee that took over the store I have wrked at for 11 years .I had a very very different experience . It was more about them , they showed no loyalty to there employees or customers.
