Pros

There are no pro's unless the manager likes you!!!!!

Cons

There are too many too list. You work like a dog and get nothing in return. If you re lucky, you will get maybe $00.13 raise a year. It is the sweat shop of the good old USA!!!!! I worked there for over 6 years and was harassed by 1 manager for over a year, went to his boss 3 times and corporate 2 times and never heard from anyone. Most of the time they hire people that do nothing and if you are a good worker, you will end up doing everything. I was promised assistant for a couple years but they sold the store and then I had to transfer and thats where I had to deal with a manager that should never be in charge of anything. He was abusive!!!!!! I was the only one left out of the original crew and told him the only reason I was still there was because I needed the medical other wise I would have been gone a long time ago.I blame Corporate because they did nothing about it and never contacted me like they said they would.

Pros

good work value and environment friendly

Cons

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Pros

Pay, Schedule Flexibility and Local Teams - That is where the pro's stop

Cons

Upper Management don't seem to have a clue! They do cuts throughout the company every 2 to 3 years just to hire back/hire new people into roles they eliminated 6 months earlier. They say they value people and their concerns but the majority of workers say nothing about the toxic work environment created by Zone Leaders and above in fear of being singled out. They create positions that don't add value to the field and add more and more work onto field staff. Size of areas continually change - first its 10, then 12, then 16, back to 12 and back to 14+ stores. No consistency in there direction, they train you to manage the whirlwind but the problem is...... they create the whirlwind! Upper Management is a do as I say, no questions asked
