If you didn't come from India, you are excluded from the real happenings at the company. People are promoted, retained and advanced based entirely on the Indian caste system. Prolific H-1B fraud and abuse. "Indian only" staffing agency collaboration and kickbacks. The entire operations group runs on kickbacks from vendors they partner with. Prolific fraud an preferential treatment of certain vendors based on personal ties. Wages are below par, and never increase. They laid off 900 folks during a record profit year. Overall, an evil, greedy, racist organization that is run by corrupt human beings. 0/10, would not work again.
