      opportunities for bonuses and good 401k match

      Cons

      horrible work/life balance paid for 48hr per week salary and always work way more than that never accept a salary always take hourly pay

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
