      Pros

      Bonuses are cool if you are able to hit the sales goals.

      Cons

      Won't raise base pay, All extra money from bonuses that the govt taxes. Benefits just got more expensive and coverages are adequate at best. You'll work harder than your worth.

      Pros

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
