Pros
If you are in a store in a good location with a competent manager it is great. Unfortunately there are more that do not meet this standard. You will meet a bunch of good guys along the way and learn a lot.
Cons
The company is terrible. Simply put they don't care about you as an employee at all. It is all about them making more money. You will work very long days and be expected to stay steady and most of the time forget about lunch. I was 5 years with the company and trust me....you better be an butt kisser if you want to be promoted beyond the Co-Manager position. They will lie to you every chance they get and treat you like crap. Bonuses are a joke if you are in a smaller store. That is their justification for lower hourly pay but trust me the bonuses sound better then they are. Sales goals are very unrealistic if not in a good market. I had been in both the good and bad. Bottom line is this....the company as a whole doesn't give a crap about the employees and unless you are willing to bury your head in their butts every time they are around you will go nowhere. Run like hell and don't go through the hell that they will put you through. You've been warned by a guy that spent over 5 years here.
