      Our Manager Trainee position is an entry level position. In this role we challenge our Associates to show their leadership potential, and their drive to succeed. When we see this, we know that they have what it takes to move up with the company. Also, every year we evaluate the bonus structure and the quota structure to make sure they are fair and consistent.       Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
