      Pros

      Really nothing I can think of anymore.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, too much micro-managing, no yearly pay increase, long hours with low wages, a lot of work with little to no reward besides a paycheck.

      Pros

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
