      Pros

      High upside if you have patients. Can be a store manager in about 2-3 yrs with a good salary. 401k, Insurance and PTO.

      Cons

      You start out making $11 an hour. Some managers are not very good trainers so you can get thrown to the Wolfe’s.

      Thank you for the feedback pay. Manager Trainees make a base hourly wage plus a bonus based on their sales and store sales. The hourly rate doesn't tell the whole story.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
