      401k was pretty good with their contributions, potential to work a lot of overtime, meet a lot of business contacts related to construction, potential to make a lot of money when times are good

      Cons

      You can’t have facial hair, some of the stores up north are extremely strict with dress code, low base pay makes it difficult when you aren’t getting bonuses

      Thank you for your comments. 84 Lumber offers a full range of benefits including a 401(k). Associates work long hours and are paid overtime. Associates do have the potential to earn more through bonuses and as they advance in their careers.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
