      The core of 84's business is lumber sales, but the company likes to promote its people to run and manage all facets of its business operation. At every level, most associates started at a lumberyard.

      There can be long hours.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
