      84 Lumber believes in promotion from within. We internally post promotion opportunities and associates are free to apply to any position in the company they feel qualified for. 84 Lumber recently raised the pay for manager trainees. Manager Trainees work a minimum of 48 hours per week so their is overtime pay as well.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
