Fairly insurance/401k package. You will learn a great deal about building materials and the construction industry as a whole.
Cons
Way too many to list. The main theme is that there is no sense of a "same team" attitude, through out the whole company. Corporate office serves as a "watchdog/big brother" type figure, store managers have virtually no power, and upper management is very secretive and shady. Obviously this company is suffering from the state of the housing market, as are many others. However, they have chosen to pass the suffering on to their stores and their employees rather than to their profits. Specifically, the constant elimination of valuable resources and basic amenities has made their business decline and their work place a career suicide.
