Pros

Fast promotion if you will work work work... and relocate. Company is pretty good at trying to get people to relocate. The Lumber Camp and Blue print training are decent.

Cons

Manager trainee program is a farce, bonuses are an even bigger joke. Was there for 5 months never saw one. The manager training that I received had very little emphasis on leadership development and I see this as a very big problem in the company as a whole. The main focus is that they want every employee in retail to be a cheesy grease ball type salesmen using cold calling and the whole works... very little effort into customer satisfaction. Funny enough we had a lot of unhappy customers...

Pros

Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

Cons

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
