Pros

Decent coworkers and no traffic around headquarters.

Cons

For guys, you can’t have a beard. Low wages. I mean, very low wages. Long hours. 7-5, M-F. If you work at headquarters you’ll work in the middle of no where. A lot of “politics.” Be prepared to deal with the good old boys club because you’ll never be a part of it. If you’re a woman, be prepared to be doubted and questioned all the time. If you’re sensitive, be prepared to have your feelings hurt often. They will bash your political and social views and mock you. Systems, policies, and entire company outlook is stuck in the stone ages. You’ll probably never work from home. You get less than 10 PTO days until you complete ONE FULL year. Benefits are below average. Little room for advancement and the “promote from within” idea they like to push on new hires is a total lie. High turnover. Poor training. You have to wear a company logo everyday. Seriously, just save yourself the aggravation and avoid the toxic, disgusting nature they try to call the “84 Lumber Family.” You’ll thank me. Oh! And if you don’t want the COVID-19 vaccine don’t even apply because they won’t hire you. Seriously.

Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

Cons

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
