Toxic Cult Like Atmosphere - Co-Manager 84 Lumber Employee Review

Very toxic and very cult like atmosphere. If you aren’t liked but salesmen you become very replaceable. If you complain about the toxic work environment it’s brushed off. The other managers will stab you in the back and try to turn the store against you. If you step up and do other people’s jobs you get yelled at for doing it. If you don’t you get yelled at for not doing it. The Co spot is a lose lose position. It will get you experience, but you want out of the position ASAP
