Thank you for the feedback on pay and promotions. Most fulltime 84 Lumber associates work a minimum of 48 hours per week. There are times when associates can work even more if they desire. The work is hard because of the material we sell. We do have equipment to make it easier including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
