We agree that our shift times are a bit longer than those of other fields, but our goal is to ensure our associates are properly compensated for their time. We pride ourselves on our training program that has been meticulously developed through many years of research. We provide a comprehensive program for general, manager, and sales training, as well as numerous resources available to associates on the intranet.
