Pros
The hours are flexible if you have a good store crew working with you.
Cons
There is no support for store managers. The bar gets set higher and higher each month in terms of quotas, but they do nothing to retain the employees that work for me so the turnover is constant. Morale is low and issues are simply not addressed.
