Onboarding is a joke Same goes for the "technology" Pay out of pocket for low quality uniform Hostile work environment Store manager will hold you back Nepotism No exit interviews Leadership in this company does not exist If you're intelligent, are even the slightest bit professional, and have an ounce of self respect, do yourself a favor and work elsewhere.

Pros

Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

Cons

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
