      Pros

      Can't think of any. OK OK they want more....It was a learning experience and I did learn more with all the exams about construction....so that's good

      Cons

      During inventory they make you work 40 hours STRAIGHT!! In an unheated store. That's all I'm saying. Oh did I mention minimum pay?

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
