negative reviews - Upper Management 84 Lumber Employee Review

Been with the company for over 5 years and have made a great career for myself thru hard work and smart decisions. I have worked for many companies and this one by far gives you the best opportunities to advance yourself and better your life if your willing to do what they ask of you (which is work hard, and find ways to make your store more profitable/sell) my experience with the company leaves me to believe that any negative reviews for this company are from 3 types of people. 1. Took an hourly menial job hoping to move up without relocating even though they where told that to move up in the company they would have to relocate. 2. Individuals who are either lazy or have a bad attitude and expect to be paid way more than the work they are doing is worth. 3. Someone who just did not perform, Did not follow company procedures, or simply was just not good at their particular job and can not accept that fact. Everything as far as salaries, commission %, hourly rates and bonus structure is an open book within the company. if you took a job paying $10 per hour or on commission then why would you expect to get anything different.
