Pros

The office is nice, benefits are good, remote working is great. Management is great. Co workers are great. Flexible time off (but is it really?).

Cons

Mentally exhausting role. Consistent burn out. The customer support department gets very little recognition, and a laughable pay, but is the backbone of the company. 8am is obsessed with their customers but doesn't seem to care a whole lot about the people who are talking to and informing their customers all day, every day. Customer Support spends 8 hours a day (sometimes more) being therapists and punching bags, with the occasional customer who is calling in for something simple with a good attitude. Yet, we get the lowest pay, lowest recognition, and the most pressure. No, we're not selling your product and making you more money (although, sometimes we are), but, we're tolerating verbal abuse with a smile on our faces to retain your customers. Do better at retaining your Customer Support staff. They're not happy right now. The annual trip seems to primarily value the sales team and VPs or higher. 3 or 4 customer support reps on that trip is not enough. If there's anyone at this company who needs a vacation - it's them.

Pros

Great benefits, free lunch, younger environment, office is nice, pay is decent. You get to learn a lot about the industry and experience is good for resume.

Cons

Management is all over the place, quota expectation is impossible. Very high turnover rate. Some mgrs are not very helpful and the stress is always high. Not a good place for a long time career. Favoritism is visible on some teams.
