Pros

AffiniPay offers great benefits, competitive pay, offers lots of perks (you won't find a better stocked breakroom!), and has a friendly and team-oriented environment with lots of fun activities and socials throughout the year. There's also a lot of opportunity to learn and grow with the company. I feel very lucky to have landed here!

Cons

I wish our new space was ready for move in! :)

Pros

Great benefits, free lunch, younger environment, office is nice, pay is decent. You get to learn a lot about the industry and experience is good for resume.

Cons

Management is all over the place, quota expectation is impossible. Very high turnover rate. Some mgrs are not very helpful and the stress is always high. Not a good place for a long time career. Favoritism is visible on some teams.
