Pros

- Everyone was genuine and approachable to the point where I had friends from all departments - Employees in all departments and levels were open to mentoring/guiding/teaching - Business is booming

Cons

- The internship program was not fully developed when I started, but by the time I left, there was an intern for each department which shows that they care about cultivating young professionals

Pros

Great benefits, free lunch, younger environment, office is nice, pay is decent. You get to learn a lot about the industry and experience is good for resume.

Cons

Management is all over the place, quota expectation is impossible. Very high turnover rate. Some mgrs are not very helpful and the stress is always high. Not a good place for a long time career. Favoritism is visible on some teams.
