Pros
I used to be ok with the low pay because I love my coworkers and the culture was great. Now that the job market sucks, feels like the company is taking advantage of the fact that people can't easily find a new job and are refusing to give appropriate raises due to "budget concerns"
Cons
Since getting acquired, there are WAY too many process changes in a short period of time, and most feel completely unnecessary. The focus on beating out competitors is extremely cringe, and only appeals to your sales teams. The fact that a CEO of a company is saying "F the competitor" in a company-wide meeting astounds me. It's not cool, people are making fun of this extremely unprofessional behavior. Also, if you aren't a c-suite or part of some sales team, say goodbye to a livable salary and say hello to a second if not third job
