Ever-increasing work, no additional pay - Anonymous employee 8am Employee Review

If you want to make a livable wage, this is not the place for you. The company claims to do market research that compares the salaries at AffiniPay to other salaries across the industry but they won’t share those findings with you because they know you could make more money elsewhere. For a company that claims to be transparent, they really like to pick and choose what to share publicly. They also expect people to take on more and more work without additional compensation. They will do just about anything to justify paying you less than what you deserve but they will throw money at you the second you're at your breaking point and ready to walk out the door. This is not entirely surprising, though, as the company likes to spend more of its time being reactive rather than proactive. If the company keeps heading in this direction, they can expect a mass exodus and that would be a shame because they have so many seasoned people that provide value to this company. They don’t seem to care about offering those seasoned people more money for their loyalty and expertise and they would instead prefer to push out the people who have been here the longest and spend money and resources training up new people that don’t know what AffiniPay was like before it started trending downhill.
