Pros

Great company to work for! CEO is very hands on and truly values the employees. Employees are not just a number. You are definitely rewarded for hard work. Excellent benefits (best I have seen), and is a very stable company. Culture is a fun, collaborative team that supports one another in succeeding. Very fast paced, but offers a great work/life balance.

Cons

It does have a start up feel in that it is very fast paced.

Pros

Great benefits, free lunch, younger environment, office is nice, pay is decent. You get to learn a lot about the industry and experience is good for resume.

Cons

Management is all over the place, quota expectation is impossible. Very high turnover rate. Some mgrs are not very helpful and the stress is always high. Not a good place for a long time career. Favoritism is visible on some teams.
