Pros

Emerging Market, great for technology new comers fresh out of school.

Cons

Executive team is limited to experience in the SMB market space, has trouble accepting guidance and input from experienced key hires. Compensation is not comparable to Market, HR is the worst in the business, no understanding of current labor laws and inconsistency regarding documented policy. Culture manages by osmosis with limited experience outside of SMB and/or Government using control, micro-management and intimidation "going to fire you" to push an agenda which was solved decades ago. Mistakes are met like a scene from Office Space, if you have an error you will answer to the entire management team independently of each other as chain of command is reactive vs. proactive. Continuous reinvention of the wheel at every turn, "policy discussion about the effectiveness of e-mail vs. workflow via Sharepoint" illustration of managements inexperience of enterprise standards. Work-Life balance is non-existent, days exceed 12 hours on avg. including weekends and holidays. This is not consistent with compensation considering this is a Publicly Traded company with very little in total comp outside of salary. Regardless of hours and family, you will need to be in the office, no work from home. Rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever worked for in 20+ years. Legacy employees use profanity and bullying, behavior is rewarded at quarterly presentations by executive team for a job well done. HR non-existent to assist employees in remediating such behavior for hostile work environments.

Pros

*Good health insurance *Company "mental health" days off *Work/life balance *LinkedIn learning

Cons

*You will have to chase several people through several teams before you actually obtain the assistance you are looking for, however once you get to the right team/person, be prepared to be talked to like you're an annoyance rather than a colleague. A lot of "pass the buck" type of mentality, and "that's not our responsibility" attitude, then discover the people/person you're looking for doesn't work there anymore. *They reduce staff under the guise of "redundancies of the role", when they're really moving the exact role to Philippines or other countries as they can obtain more employees for that same paycheck. *Will hire new staff, have you train them, then reduce the positions within that team after you've trained them. *Upper management will promote not based on merit but nepotism, and it's not a secret but up in your face, and will tell you "its not personal". *They will shove the "we care about our people" culture down your throat, when in fact they DO NOT care about their people, especially the knowledgeable ones, they will eliminate those as soon as possible to get fresh blood in, with no knowledge or expertise, and often in other countries so they can pay them less than here. Truth. *Management is top heavy, always has been, no change in sight for this down the road.
