Great Benefits while there. Compensated well for the work you do.

Cons

As with any contract, you can be let go at a moments notice without prior warning or reason, and I never got a reason after the fact.

Leadership team focus on customer success and always have their PMs and staff work for a high level of customer satisfaction

Cons

Sometime management makes decision and gut managers or other contributors of the company success without any regrets or explanations. It can go from being a great place to work to a total back stabbing nightmare overnight.
