For those who want to learn and grow plz be away from this company...No up-gradations on technology, no training, leave is major lack here only 1 leave per month, get sucked in night shift for ever.......

Management was friendly enough and they gave you space to do the projects that were given. If you want to do real coding, this may not be for you; projects are all done in India (for the most part) and you are the projects' coordinator. This is perfect for someone that wants the management position of overseeing a workforce and managing multiple projects at once.

Cons

95% of the work done was outsourced to India so some projects required you to be on Skype until 2am in the morning.
