They will give good hike on your present salary. Just make a fool of the client or praise the manager in front of him, that is enough to make your job comfortable, secure and stable

Cons

When the person wants to leave, the management will blackmail the employee by not issuing relieving letter. They will sign a 1 year contract, and now when the employee is bound, they will freely start deducting salaries

Management was friendly enough and they gave you space to do the projects that were given. If you want to do real coding, this may not be for you; projects are all done in India (for the most part) and you are the projects' coordinator. This is perfect for someone that wants the management position of overseeing a workforce and managing multiple projects at once.

Cons

95% of the work done was outsourced to India so some projects required you to be on Skype until 2am in the morning.
